    How to boost energy:
    1. Drink water with a dash of salt each morning before your coffee, it's a natural detox and a wakeup for your body! I drink 30 ounces before I'm allowed one sip of coffee, it took me a month to build this habit but so worthwhile.
    2. Eat within one hour of waking up. A lot of people intermittent fast, but to be honest, you fast when you sleep so if you're getting the right amount of rest, you're fasting already. You need a healthy balance of protein and carbs for energy and to stay full, this is the KEY to a healthy energy boost every day.
    3. MOVE! A body at rest tends to stay at rest and a body in motion tends to stay in motion. So, let's move! God gave us the ability to move for a purpose. If you get up for 5 minutes and keep going, you'll continue to go. Trust your body to go beyond what your mind limits her.
