Synopsis: Last night (5/1/25), in our Thursday night Pirkei Avos shiur for women, we resumed our learning of Chapter 4, after nearly a month's hiatus. (Yes, I skipped 4:12, in case you were wondering.) This mishnah is quite short, and . We spent the bulk of the time comparing Rabbeinu Yonah's more intuitive reading with Rashi's highly specific reading. I attempted to convey a theory about Rashi which I realize might not be persuasive. Curious to hear what you think! We also spent a little time on the Meiri and Rashbatz. I'm just happy we emerged with some nice practical applications!
