In this episode I go in-depth about my hair loss story with Dr. Afiya. Through this conversation we talk about the connection between hair and mental health, what her 8 hour certification course helps hairstylists and barbers learn and the importance of making sure those taking care of our hair are equipped with the tools to better help their clients who are struggling.
