    The Bay Area reacts to Vice President Kamala Harris' concession speech. Sailing to victory in the election is California's Prop 36, which will make some theft and drug crimes felonies instead of misdemeanors. Strong winds are prompting PG&E to shut off power to 22,000 customers, including 16,000 here in the Bay Area. As Sonoma County farmers cheer the overwhelming defeat of Measure J, which would have banned large scale animal farms, animal rights advocates insist the push for more humane treatment is not over. The search continues off the coast of Bodega Bay for missing boaters after a pair of vessels capsized during rough surf. Protestors unhappy with yesterday's election results are gathering on the UC Berkeley campus. Antioch will likely have a new mayor and voters have given the challenger a comfortable lead over the incumbent. In Mount Saint Helena, a wind gust reached 88 miles per hour today and a red flag warning remains in effect until 7 tomorrow morning.
