  • Bible News Prophecy The Bible News Prophecy program broadcasts news and information in the light of the Bible and its prophecies.     Bible News Prophecy with Dr Bob Thiel Sabbath Sunday And Scripture The Bible enjoined the seventh-day of the week as the Sabbath (Genesis 2:2-3; Exodus 16:22-23), which is the day commonly called Saturday in English. Is it okay to observe Sunday instead of Saturday? Does the New Testament actually teach that Christians are still to keep the Sabbath in the 4th chapter of the Book of Hebrews? Do Protestant, Roman Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox translations state that Christians are to keep the seventh-day Sabbath? Are there any scriptures that support changing Saturday to Sunday? What did the publication of the late James Cardinal Gibbons, 'The Catholic Mirror,' teach about the change from Saturday to Sunday by his church and the Protestants? What have prominent Baptist, Lutheran, and Presbyterian ministers admitted about the non-scriptural change to Sunday by their denominations? By what authority have Roman Catholic leaders claimed was the basis for changing the Sabbath to Sunday? Did the Apostle Peter state that Christians are to obey God rather than men?     Bible News Prophecy with Dr Bob Thiel Israel Intensifies the War On September 17, 2024, thousands of pagers/beepers owned by Hezbollah supporters in Lebanon exploded causing deaths and wounding thousands. Hezbollah vowed "fair punishment" against Israel which is suspected of causing them to explode. Some Jews claimed this killing was like what happened when God sent an angel to destroy the army of Assyria King Sennacherib in 2 Kings 19--was it? Or could it be consistent with a Roman Catholic warning that near the end of the world Israel would commit "a terrible crime'? On September 18, 2024, Hezbollah owned walkie-talkies exploded killing more people and wounding hundreds. Hezbollah then vowed "harsh punishment" against Israel. Some Syrians and Iranians were affected by these explosions. On September 20, 2024, Israel bombed a building in Beirut, killing various ones associated with Hezbollah. Could these attacks in the Summer of 2024 be the start of a broader regional war? Hezbollah reportedly has 130,000 rockets and missiles--will Israel's 'Iron Dome' system stop all destruction from them if they are launched. But does the prophet Isaiah warn that an Iranian-Syrian-South Lebanese confederation will cause great damage to Jerusalem in Isaiah 22:1-14? If we see a peace deal of Daniel 9:26-27 being confirmed sometime in 2024, could Jesus return in 2031? Dr. Thiel and Steve Dupuie address these topics.

Ethical and Practical Issues in the Use of Artificial Intelligence.” Truth in Jesus was discussed. What is truth? On October, 1, 2024, the WCC plans to cohost a webinar titled, “Theology & Artificial Intelligence: Systematic and Denominational Perspectives.” But does the WCC have the truth or require that one must accept falsehoods about the Holy Spirit to join? Is there an 'AI Jesus'? Can AI programs like ChatGPT be helpful? Do many gloss over the actual original scriptures and believe traditions of men that are not in them?
