Meanwhile, Bryce and Hunt fight for their lives in the Bone Quarter, and it is only when Bryce’s life is in jeopardy that Hunt truly unleashes his powers. Tharion leaves his meeting with the River Queen to come to their aid, and the team reassembles at Bryce’s apartment to share all that they have learned. But when Hunt is called away to attend Celestina’s and Ephriam’s engagement party, Sabine confronts Ithan and Bryce, the confrontation of which ends with Ithan’s ability to defeat Sabine in question and his decision to move in with Ruhn and his friends.
