Great Story!

The overall story and idea are great, the acting is pretty good, save for arguably the most important character, in which the casted voice actor was sorely miscast. It makes it difficult to get into the character because the voice actor's iteration can be very distracting. However, that being said the rest of the cast is great and the story is so good that to me it is a binge worthy find! Can't wait for more!

Good but the voice acting needs some work

Very good but the voice acting is just ok. Feels like over acting. Don't really like the talking alien.

Just okay

The story was ok, and the voice acting is what I have learned to expect from audio dramas: a lot of over acting and cringey scenes.

intriguing setting questionable writing

The Voice acting, the sound mixing, and overall audible experience was a pleasure, an expertly done. each voice actor brought the tone to convey and punctuate the appropriate emotion of their characters. unfortunately the writing lets them down. I understand it is a short episode but it was extremely jarring and had major pacing issues. first a character is celebratory of where they are, and then they start complaining with little noticed or prompt. characters act with little motivation, an example, A Single Character is told to keep a secret when they have already protested against it, and we are given zero reason why they should.

this is a spoiler, do not read Beyond this unless you have heard the entire story. what the hell? why the hell should anyone follow this captain? he is reckless endangers the life of his crew and is too weak to lead! he endangers his entire crew by being insubordinate to the company that hired him, and then gets them to go on a dive at an inappropriate depth without informing them. completely compromising the equipment, the mission, and very lives of his own crew! this is not an endearing person this is a horrible leader, this person just put an expedition before their lives even freaking telling them! armed with this information, girl number one of two female characters because they don't have any personality beyond what they feel towards the captain, has zero reason not to tell the crew. yet she does, allowing their lives to be endangered for the sake of loyalty to her friend. friend whose relationship they did not establish to any degree whatsoever.
