Penny arrives to record in shocking state, clutching her hip and her knee and her head - what's going on? Mandy has discovered the joy of cleaning with vinegar - if it stands still, it's getting sprayed! We look at the many uses for vinegar... it's not only for chips. We take a deep dive into laundry and hark back to the days of washing lines and a pole - how we love a good drying day. It turns out Penny is injured because she has been exercising - lunging specifically, I knew exercising was a trap - far safer not to bother! The old shakti mat gets a mention. And yet again, Penny has messed up with time telling and dates - we need help, does she even look at a clock? We don't even know why the clocks go back or forward - there's much debate around the reasons why! We get a run down on bulb planting -what, where and when! Neither of us are big on Halloween so it kind of passes us by, but Penny is all in for Elf on the bloody shelf. The great how to say 'almond' debate continues (Penny says it WRONG!)
