  • Episode 32: Offseason Archives Part 4 - "Philly P Says Goodbye to the 213 Era"
    Jul 9 2024

It's official. After opting out of his player option, Paul George leaves the Clippers and signs a $212-million/4 year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, ending the 213 era for the Los Angeles Clipper. The chunk of Clipper history was a tumultuous one, with plenty of highs and definitely plenty of lows. We thank Paul George for the time he suited up for the Clip Show, but now we move on to the James Harden/Kawhi Leonard duo, after the Beard signs a 2 year/$70-mil contract to stay. We welcome in new Clipper faces, including the beloved leader of the Battalion; the French Knight himself, Nico Batum, who returns home on a 2-year deal! All of that and much, much more on this episode!

  • Episode 30: Offseason Archives Part 2 - "First Domino to Fall"
    Jun 2 2024

(Recorded Wed. 5/26/2024 ) After some much needed time to process the frustrating end to a very short postseason run for the LA Clippers, the first big news of the offseason comes to light in the form of the organization offering Coach Ty Lue a 5-year $70mil contract extension. At the time of recording this, the Finals matchup was all but locked in, but we now look ahead to a matchup between the Boston Celtics and the Mavericks team that handed the Clippers their ticket to Cancun. We get into our view of the playoffs as it stands right now, Paul George's future with the Clippers, a potential Zu extension, direction of the franchise and more on this second episode of the Offseason Archives!

  • Episode 29: Offseason Archives Part 1 - "Cancun on 3!"
    May 6 2024

Whether shocking or unsurprising, the Clippers season comes to a screeching halt at the hands of Kyrie Irving and the Dallas Mavericks (oh, and also that Luka guy). More of the same ugliness and unseriousness was in full force in the Game 6 elimination match, and a very hungry and physical Dallas team took full advantage, and earned a trip to the next round, leaving a devastated Clipper team with a lot of questions. The end of the tenure at Staples Center, end of the playoff journey, and maybe the end of the 213 era as we know it? Never fear, Clipper Nation, we will break all of it down on this episode!

  • Episode 28: Playoff Pod - Part 4 "The Endgame"
    May 3 2024

The Clippers suffer their worst playoff loss in franchise history in a crucial Game 5 back in Los Angeles, and are now on the brink of elimination in a season where they added James Harden and Kawhi Leonard played 65+ games. With Kawhi out (and Terance Mann questionable) ahead of Game 6 in Dallas, the Clippers must find it within themselves to decide the fate of this season, and maybe even this era of Clipper basketball as a whole. Paul George, this is your moment.

  • Episode 27: Playoff Pod - Part 3 "Clippers Head Back to LA with Series Tied (Again)"
    Apr 30 2024

Kawhi Leonard gave it a go in games 2 and 3, but it wasn't the return we would've hoped for. With only 9 points from The Klaw in a tough Game 3 loss and out until swelling in his knee goes down, it was up to PG13 to rectify a 7 point game in Game 3. PG and Harden rose to the occasion in a big way, scoring 33 a piece in a razor thin win in Game 4 to tie the series, shifting the tides to Game 5 in the City of Angels. LETS GO CLIPS!

  • Episode 26: Playoff Pod - Part 2 "Clippers Split First Two Home Games"
    Apr 25 2024

The Clippers ended the Brunch Game curse in a big way in Game 1 of the first round series against the Dallas Mavericks with a 109-97 victory in LA (without Kawhi), but find the series at a 1-1 split after an abysmal shooting performance in the Klaw's first game back in nearly a month. With the series tied up, we hope the Clips can shake off the rust and come out swinging deep in the heart of Texas.
