  • You Don’t Need More Time - You Need Less Noise: Simplify with Courtney Carver | Clutterbug Podcast # 272
    May 5 2025

If you're exhausted from trying to do it all — keeping the house clean, showing up for everyone, working, and staying “on” — you're not alone. Maybe you're craving peace, space, or just one quiet moment to breathe… but you don’t know where to start.

In this episode, I sit down with the incredibly inspiring Courtney Carver — bestselling author of Soulful Simplicity and Gentle — who completely transformed her life after a diagnosis of MS forced her to slow down, simplify, and let go of what wasn’t serving her.

    ✨ We chat about:

    • How to simplify when you're completely overwhelmed

    • Creating boundaries with your time, energy, and emotions

So True for Me Too

This is one of my recharge methods too. I love the very word pudder. Yesterday was a day just as she describes, slow and steady. I spent the day drifting from one little easy short task to the next, no pressure. I also like listening to podcasts or movies and stopping for a sip or two of coffee as I pudder.

Tragic loss. RIP Oscar

Cass-I’m still listening at this moment to your tragic loss story…. This is awful-negligent, and devastating. I grew up across the street from our vet, and worked for him in the summers-my mom also worked one day a week at the clinic until he finally retired last month at age 85. We are dog people-just like you. My heart breaks for you-and I hate to say it, but this should NOT under any circumstance have happened. You just said what I was thinking-legally, they must have been overcrowded. Necropsy!! Yes, animal cruelty! If he was vomiting, of course he was going to be dehydrated! They must be held responsible! This is not ok, not legal, inhumane. I am so sorry your family experienced such a tragic loss. God bless you. Shame on this place….they should not be allowed to stay in business. They might be good people, but this is not your fault!
