Good for the Soul

As a listener who hasn't yet had a session with Karen or coaching from Kelly, I feel like I learn something from every episode. Whether it's something to pay attention to within myself or to keep in mind for a future session or coaching. This podcast gives all the feels you can imagine, the feel good ones and the hard ones. This mother-daughter duo and their respect and kindness for each other, people in general and spirit is refreshing.

Fascinating!

Educational, entertaining, heartfelt and the Sarlo’s are two very genuine and beautiful women inside and out. I would love to get a session with them someday. Appreciate their integrity and life experience.
