  • Uncovering The New Ages Lies in Jesus Calling
    Apr 22 2025
On today's Contending for the Word show, you'll see proof that Jesus Calling is a Trojan Horse bringing the devil's new age agenda to unsuspecting Christians through feel-good ego-stroking messages mixed with occultic teachings. Sarah Young may have sincerely believed she was channeling Jesus, but it was the false Christ. Jesus Calling blends occultic new age teachings about light bearers (Lucifer's name), visualizations, signs and golden cords, and tuning in, combined with Christian terms and Bible verses. In this startling video, Warren Smith, Justin Peters, Amy Spreeman, Brenna Scott, Chris Lawson of Spiritual Research Network, and Doreen Virtue show examples of how the false Jesus of Jesus Calling is grooming Christians and local churches into dark new age deception. Sarah Young (who passed away in 2023 without publicly renouncing her work) modeled her Jesus Calling book after a channeled new age book called "God Calling." Sarah Young's false Christ also made unbiblical claims. After she was critiqued by Warren Smith, the subsequent updated printings of Jesus Calling eliminated her references to God Calling and also changed what her counterfeit Jesus said.
