Michael Standberry is the founder of Education Through Communication, a consulting firm dedicated to equipping young adults with soft skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Growing up on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, Michael saw firsthand the challenges under-served youth face. His programs focus on helping young adults avoid the prison pipeline, pursue meaningful careers, and embrace entrepreneurship.

Through his signature program, Conversation Over Rocks, Michael provides practical tools such as communication training, resume building, and digital literacy. He also authored “Instant Gratification Generation,” available on Amazon, exploring how today’s youth can thrive in a fast-paced world by mastering delayed gratification.

Michael is also behind COR Clothing Expo, a brand promoting entrepreneurship among young people. His mission is to empower the next generation with the confidence and skills needed to succeed in today’s dynamic environment.
