    On January 30th, 1989, the soon to be fourteen-year-old Ilene Misheloff vanished from Dublin, California. She left school early to head home and then attend ice skating lessons, but she never made it.

    Join Mike and Morf as they discuss the disappearance of Ilene Misheloff. Ilene's case has been linked through the years with other girls who have disappeared. Some of those were later solved and proved to not be linked. Still, there has been no shortage of persons of interest in Ilene's case. Some have been ruled out, but others have not.

  • The Citronelle Murders

    In the early morning hours of Sat August 20th, 2016, Twenty-seven-year-old Derrick Dearman, entered the home where his twenty-four-year-old estranged girlfriend, Laneta Lester, was staying. It was Laneta's brother's home, situated approximately 30 miles outside Mobile, Alabama.

    Join Mike and Morf as they discuss the Citronelle murders. Laneta had fled from Derrick because he was abusive. Her family turned Derrick away from the home when he showed up earlier. But Derrick was determined to get inside, and once he did, he committed multiple brutal murders against Laneta's family and then took her hostage.

  • The Fast-Food Killer

    In 1997, an individual terrorized the area around Nashville, Tennessee. This person robbed several fast-food restaurants, killing workers in the process. A man named Paul Dennis Reed Jr. was ultimately identified as "the fast-food killer" and took seven lives before he was caught.

    Join Mike and Morf as they talk about Paul Dennis Reid Jr., dubbed by the press as the fast-food killer. Reid had a rough childhood, and he displayed concerning behaviors as a youngster. He also had a series of head injuries. His mental competency to stand trial became a focal point.

    Just before 11:00 p.m. on August 1, 2018, authorities in Griffin, Georgia, were called to a home on the 800 block of Sunnybrook Drive. Twenty-three-year-old Steven Freeman had been shot, and Mary Katherine Higdon, who lived in the house with Steven, admitted that she was the one who shot him.

    Join Mike and Morf as they discuss Mary Katherine Higdon and the shooting death of Steven Freeman. At first, Mary Katherine claimed the shooting was accidental and the gun had gone off as she was handing it to Steven. Later, her story would evolve into one of self-defense.
