    The very last episode of ECW on TNN took place on October 6th, 2000. WWF Monday Night RAW is on TNN now, so that leaves ECW without a national television deal. In what is somewhat a fitting ending., Joel Gertner wrestles “The Network’s” Cyrus in the main event. But, before we get to that we have other matches from ECW Anarchy Rulz. Kid Kash and EZ Money have a match where Kid Kash had to win in order to have Joel Gertner face off with Cyrus. Plus, it's our very first time talking about the ECW legend Bilvis Wesley as he takes on Nova. No, this ISN’T Elvis Presley.

    RAW is Jericho on April, 17th 2000! WWF RAW opens the show hot with Chris Jericho vs Triple H, in what was scheduled as a non-title match with Triple H defending the honor of Stephanie McMahon. Jericho verbally assaults Triple H and convinces him to put the WWF Championship on the line right now! After a referee gets bumped during the match, Earl Hebner comes in at the end of the match and counts the pin for Chris Jericho. Chris Jericho is the NEW WWF Champion, for all of 2 minutes. Triple H argues with the refs and says that Earl made a fast count and needs to reverse the decision. Earl agrees as long as Triple H doesn’t mess with him while he works for the WWF. Triple H goes along with it until he gets his title back. He then fires Hebner and beats him up. Also, Linda McMahon is here with a big surprise that she won’t tell anyone about. She goes into the ring and says that Stone Cold Steve Austin will be in the corner of The Rock at the Backlash against Triple H. This makes Triple H and Stephanie upset and Stephanie goes to slap her mom. However, Linda was ready and countered it by slapping her back. Plus, The Hardyz vs Eddie and Essa Rios, Crash Holly vs Perry Saturn vs Tazz and much more. In the main event, Chris Jericho teams with the APA to take on DX!

The King of the Mountain match is a reverse ladder match where five wrestlers must earn eligibility by scoring a pinfall or submission, then hang the NWA Championship belt above the ring to win. Opponents can be temporarily sent to a penalty box if they are pinned or submitted. This match featured Ron Killings, Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Raven, and Chris Harris. Also, The NWA TNA X-Division Title is on the line as Frankie Kazarian defends against The Amazing Red. Dusty Rhodes teams with James Storm to take on Kid Kash & Dallas for the NWA Tag Team Titles. All this and more on the monumental 300th episode of the DEADLOCK Podcast.

Never have I laughed so hard listening to any podcast than I have hearing Jawwny, James, and Tony riff on multiple eras of wrestling from the 80s to the 2010s.
