Welcome to the first Dad Men Bonus Check. These are going to be episodes where the show Mad Men is not recapped, but instead the dad men talk about life, their other interests (manga/anime, food), and really get a chance to stretch out and crack themselves and the audience up.

Since the last Dad Men Doncast episode was posted in 2023, the Michaels have both been on separate journeys to Los Angeles. Mike Jallah went to see Kendrick Lamar's Pop-Out concert at the Kia Forum and gives a first-person perspective of this historical concert. Michael Rowland on the other hand, decided to finally start recording a project he's labeled his "Chinese Democracy." While staying in a new part of the country and focusing on chasing new sounds, Rowland found himself feeling inspired and rejuvenated.
