Almost the end of Sleep Better episodes

This last but one episode The Night Sky: Meditation of Sleep Better is somewhat alright. The initial background music was alright, however, later became distracting. Played this episode at 0.85x play speed and it was apt.

When counting inhaling and exhaling breath, counting from 9 to 1, Jade says, if you lose count, start back 9, if you fall asleep start back at 9. Interestingly, I sort of become alert listening to that. Not only this episode, but also the previous episodes. These episodes/sessions were suppose to make listeners sleepy and I believe its a good thing if someone falls asleep right through the episode. Why bother so much about the count at bedtime. Besides that, it was an okay sleep episode.

Love ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love that she has such a soothing voice and makes me feel relaxed while trying to get some rest. I love they get longer as you continue to listen to them. The music in the back also makes it so relaxing even when she not talking. 10/10 100% recommend.

good and nice

Loved this book especially since you read it yourself, your voice is engaging and had me hypnotize to wanting to hear more and now I have also followed your podcast.
