    Hello loves!! Welcome to episode two of my podcast. This week I went more in depth with my weight loss journey and my numerous failed attempts to lose weight throughout my life. I learned that motivation isn't always enough to keep you going when you're feeling discouraged. This week I received a few comments mentioning weight loss surgery or my need to make it known that I did natural weight loss. Natural weight loss is part of my story. Even though I did not get weight loss surgery, that does not mean you are not welcome if you did. Your weight loss journey is YOURS no matter what weight loss journey you are on.
