Gaspar Albert Mbwambo, a volunteer of the ATD Fourth World, shares the struggle for birth certificates of Genivas Mkanilile and Sessilia Fidelisi Hassan's four children - Jesca (13), Noel (11) Regina (7) and Brighton, (5).
