  • In this episode of The How to Feel Good Podcast, I'm talking about why we need to do hard things in order to live a fufilled life. Challenge and adversity help us build resilience and strength, but it definitely not easy to override your brain's protective measures. We meet so much resistance to doing these things because from an evolutionary standpoint, it's risky to do things that are different or challenging!
