While imbibing these magical golden liquids we talk about whether or not NZ has too many real estate agents. We start out by comparing four different markets including NZ, Australia, the UK, and the US. We segue into discussing what we think could be the goal to reduce the number of agents, improve the quality of those agents which ultimately improves the experience and results for the homeowner and reduces their costs. By the end of our discussion, we came to the same conclusions. Please enjoy responsibly.
