    This week, Beau is joined by Jessica Baladad, a young breast cancer survivor who is the first woman to create a self-breast exam app that shows women of all ages how to do a self-breast exam, allowing them to monitor and track their changes while letting them set monthly reminders. The app is called Feel For Your Life, which has been downloaded more 7,000 times! Jessica was inspired to create this app after her experience surviving breast cancer and after a nurse practitioner ignored a lump in her breast, but the self-exam ended up saving her life just at 33 years old! They take a deep dive into her health journey, and Jessica truly shows there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. She also talks working to help write a bill to require schools to teach students about breast exams, testicular exams, and skin exams at age-appropriate levels.  Plus, Beau and Jana talk their Thanksgiving! Then, Beau shares a terrible experience over the Thanksgiving break which left him speechless.
