Alyssa shares the juggle of having a family, staying healthy, running a successful and growing business, and giving back to entrepreneurs with her fun Werk Nights!

Alyssa Lancia is the owner and founder of Darling Donuts, a home bakery which specializes in gourmet mini donuts in Hamilton, ON, Canada. She is also the founder of Werk Nights, a community for female entrepreneurs in Hamilton. Alyssa is a strong believer in supporting female-owned businesses and is passionate about bringing people together to build community.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Alyssa works with Mohawk College Centre of Entrepreneurship to mentor and support student entrepreneurs. She also lends her expertise in marketing promotions and campaigns, and coordinates events to help students gain valuable experience and grow their businesses.

When she's not running her businesses or working with the college, Alyssa enjoys exploring new places and visiting the local breweries and wineries with her family. Alyssa also enjoys keeping active and is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, particularly through her love of crossfit. Alyssa's commitment to her community, passion for empowering women in business, and love for all things health, wellness, and adventure make her an inspiring leader in Hamilton's entrepreneurial scene.
