Most of the humans throughout Thedas worship the Maker and participate in the Chantry, even marginally. Most of Thedas's nations proclaim official allegiance to the religion as well. But who IS the Maker? What did He do exactly? Why did He create humans? Did He create other races too? Or did Andraste just make him up? We unpack these questions and more in this episode.     In today's episode, Austin and Shelby unpack the religious beliefs of the elves of Thedas. Throughout all three Dragon Age games, we see, hear, and experience a variety of religious beliefs from the elves of Thedas. Some elves are Andrastian. Others, such as the Dalish, honor one specific Elven god above all the others. But what did the ancient elves believe in? We'll take a deep dive on both ancient and modern Elven beliefs. We'll look at the ancient Elven pantheon, also called the Evanuris, including gods you're probably pretty familiar with like Mythal and Fen'Harel. Thank you for getting me ready for Veilguard

I played the Trilogy and thought I knew a fair bit about Dragon Age but y'all opened up to a whole new Thedas. Didnt know about the comic books or books or movies in general. Read the comics and Tevinter Nights. Listed to all 5 audiobooks. Watches the Movie and the Web series along with the animated series.

I learned so much from y'all too love it when you remind me of real life historical events that inspired the game along with some other media talk such as DnD.

Your probably both Fereldens who went to study at the University of Orlais (the place y'all sort of hate for a good reason). Brother Genitivi, Kenric, Collete, Frederic, Laudine, and Philliam, a Bard! would be all proud of your work. Talking about Dragons and talking about the truth how it is and not afraid to show your true feelings on these matters which some Orlais wouldn't be happy about.

I usually go for the goody too shoes playthrough. I helped everybody in my playthrough picking the most moral choices. I believe in second chances and recruit everyoneybody from DAO, DAA, DA2, DAI and will do the same for DAV. I love all my Companions their flaws are just what's make them them.
