E25 Happiness Practice 4: Yoga Nidra

  • Hosted by Rosaria Cirillo, in this “Happiness practice” (5 to 30-minute recording in which we guide you through one practice that contributes to our happiness or increases our awareness), we recorded a guided #yoganidra session.


    This practice includes the following stages:

    1. Getting ready with our body, breath, mind, and emotions
    2. Making a resolution/setting an intention
    3. Doing a body scan
    4. Focusing on breath awareness
    5. Going through a visualization
    6. Going through different senses' perception
    7. Repeating the resolution/intention
    8. Returning back to normal


    This session has been validated with Himalayan gurus during my Yoga TT in Nepal, about which I shared more in episode 21 and in this blog post ⁠15 takeaways from my Yoga Teacher training & journey in Nepal⁠.
