In this episode, we are joined by Aaron LeBlanc, a dedicated science educator at Rockledge High School. With 14 years of teaching experience, Aaron specializes in AICE Environmental Management, a rigorous college-level course that integrates environmental science and civics. As the Lead Research Teacher at Rockledge, he has helped students achieve remarkable success, sending 16 students to state competitions, 2 to the prestigious ISEF, and securing over a million dollars in scholarships.

Aaron’s passion for education extends beyond the classroom—he also coaches the Academic Team and the eSports team. A Brevard County native, Aaron graduated from Space Coast High School in 2008 before earning dual degrees in Biology and Secondary Education from Florida State University. During his time at FSU, he interned under Dr. Austin Mast at the Florida State Herbarium and was a standout competitor on the university’s speech and debate team, placing 6th in the nation.
