domestic violence

My sister was murdered about two years ago to domestic violence by asphyxiation. We live in a small town in texas still haven't received no justice due to low income. She left behind a 3 year old daughter and a 6 year old son. This story touch my heart I love the fight your family still has after it being so long. I would definitely love a care packet if possible for my niece and nephew if possible.
