I actually wanted to comment on the " Miranda" right thing...I agree that police should absolutely be held accountable when they do these overly elaborate interrogations like keeping someone for like 12 hours and not let them have any food/drinks and basically just pushthem into confessions and that they need to respect people in their investigations bc sometimes they're dead wrong and innocent people are sometimes looking like the guilty party.... but someone like this man in this case absolutely knew his rights i mean basically anybody knows you do not have to talk if u don't want to... so using that as a defense to get charges dropped just aggravates me! there must be a better way somehow I do not know how but somehow bc there has been instances where that has worked as a way to get their charges dropped when a complete guilty person goes free. so I know we should hold our powers that be like cops accountable but at same time that is just nuts.
