And I get it! It's an unregulated profession. Nowadays people can get a "certificate" for 10 bucks on Udemy and call themselves coach. Some just do it based on life experiences. Whilst I don't believe a great coach HAS to have a proper certification, the amount of "bad eggs" out there calls for otherwise.
