About this listen
「食育」という言葉は石塚左玄という明治時代の医師によって生み出されました。「体育」「知育」「才育」の根幹にあるのが「食育」であると説きました。更に石塚左玄は「郷に入れば郷に従え」つまりその土地の環境にあった食材を使った食事を摂りなさい、という意味である「身土不二」という考えも説いています。
