Inspiring for all workplace leaders!!!
This was an amazing and informative podcast!! Definitely gave more insight on what is needed to make all workplace leaders and staff members feel included and heard! Like Pamela said, these DEI programs can not be lead by just one person, you need the entire team to make them thrive! I really enjoyed listening!

Great provocative and genuine conversion!
Pamela's passion was inspiring! The core principles of building trust, making sure your employees feel heard, leader buy-in and embracing EVERYONE on the team and celebrating their differences resonated though out the entire talk!

Inspiring and Informative
Pamela’s knowledge and expertise should be heard by every person in management in every sector of business. Although some managers may have management skills, they are not all leaders.

Impactful and enlightening!
This podcast was much needed and enlightening for me. I feel like this information should be included in all corporate education onboarding processes. My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge….THANK YOU Pamela Bell for using your brilliant expertise to educate us on this subject matter!
