  • Engage Epi.FUN.Ny™—Interview with MJ Reiners
    Sep 15 2023

MJ Reiners helps leaders and organizations make change stick. After 20 years of leading large-scale transformation projects, the largest being $350 million with over 200 team members, MJ created the "Epi.FUN.Ny Factory" discovery model to help people change better faster and cheaper.

Change is speeding up. Our future and our business success depend on how well we can adapt to new technologies, new business structures, new policies, and laws. The Epi.FUN.Ny Factory helps leaders and organizations identify insights and hopefully "epiphanies" to allow them to change easier with less stress and pain. This discovery model works with, instead of replace, existing change management methodologies that organizations may be already using.

  • Engage Veterans—Interview with Kathy Gallowitz
    Aug 30 2023

When you think of Veterans, do you think of heroes? Do you think of people who voluntarily agreed to defend you, your livelihood, and champion your way of life? Have you ever thought about being a champion for Veterans—both in the not-military workforce and in not-military life? Lt. Colonel (Ret.) Kathy Gallowitz and I talk about how being a Veteran Champion and engaging Veterans in the workforce helps organizations become strong, remain strong, and seize amazing skills, strengths, and employees. Retired Lt. Colonel Kathy Gallowitz grew up as a Navy "brat" who then served nearly 30 years as an Air Force Officer. She also is an Army spouse. Kathy is the Founder & CEO of Vanguard Veteran, LLC, author of _Beyond "Thank You For your Service," The Veteran Champion Handbook for Civilians_, and has masters degrees in both Nursing and Political Science. As an award-winning businesswoman with first-hand experience hiring Veterans, Kathy coaches employers how to excel with hiring and retaining Veteran talent in ways that strengthens their workforce. Her “Veteran Talent Academy” equips employers to find, hire, and leverage Veterans’ skillsets. Kathy also equips volunteer faith community leaders to build Military Ministries to cultivate mutual support, a sense of belonging and spiritual resiliency for military-connected people.

  • Engage Stories—Interview with Åsa Rydhard
    Aug 23 2023

    This episode originally aired 8/23/2023.

Have you ever wondered if your company story had any actual value? How about the stories of your employees? Have you seen the value of your own story? Can all these stories fit together and make a difference?

Watch today's episode of Engaged Company Culture with Åsa Rydhard to learn more.

Åsa Rydhard is an award-winning international speaker, with a Master’s degree in Applied Cultural Analysis (MACA), at Lund University in Sweden. As a story designer and trainer, she helps executives, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders elevate their message and brand. She elevates experts into leaders using real, authentic stories about themselves.

Managers and leaders need to understand that every person within the organization is an essential part of the organizational body. Everyone reflects the brand and creates the story and experience of the brand and organization (like a hologram).

Knowing your brand's core story and how to use it to motivate all the employees will help managers to create momentum for their business and keep employees engaged and invested in the company.
