The story is so interesting already without the extra stuff. I really enjoyed this story.

Very good, clear, no wasted time or dramatics
Perfect series of 6 recordings, mostly from one survivor and a narrator. No wasted time or dramatics. I would listen again.

Very Instructive!
I literally just Finished listeningand to this first chapter and starting the next chapter immediately! In fact, I will likely listen to the entire saga tonight; it's that well done and emotionally gripping! I remember well when the People's Temple tragedy at Jonestown happened; it scared the hell out of me! I had nightmares as an adolescent anyways with the Vietnam War and draft in full swing, school drills for bombs and Earthquakes (I grew up in the Bay Area not far from Tim), the Zodiac Killer, Kennedy, MLK, Malcom X being assassinated, Trent State, and on and on and on! This tragedy just exemplifies the era while this presentation perfectly captured it for the most part: enough to understand the environment of suburban white life in contrast to poor segregated lives and the brutality of voluntarily enlisting into the US Marine Corps of 1968.....
