This online talk is from June 2021 and is given by Tessa Cooper. Tessa reflects on the impact of patriarchy in her life and her evolving understanding of feminism. Her journey leads her to create Collaborative Futures - a social enterprise helping teams, networks and organisations to learn from, nurture and recruit individuals that they wouldn’t normally meet. Tessa talks about how she's moved from propping up the patriarchy to somewhat accidentally creating her own mini-matriarchy.
