    Meet Ali 39 years old married father of 5 from London. Ali grew up around alcohol and drank into his adulthood as it was what he knew. We hear how Ali not only quit alcohol but also stopped smoking cannabis and is now reaping the health benefits and is enjoying a sober life.

    The aim of Black & Sober - The Podcast is to share and connect with people from a drinking culture, especially those from the black community who have chosen to go against the grain and enjoy life without alcohol!
