The story is set in the early morning?

The narration is excellent. The story is not suitable for sleep, as it's set in the morning without any notion of going to sleep. Noteworthy is the mention of "fresh trout" in the stream - now my brain was thinking about why one would say that about alive fish? The story distracted from the goal.
