Way too long

The story is interesting, but is clearly stretched to fill nine episodes where two would be more than enough.
The author is also overdramatic, emphasising “key” words like in the kindergarten “and now there comes a WOLF!”
Often it sounds quite silly.
She also keeps underlining that Arthur is a VIOLENT and DANGEROUS sex offender and she is nervous and scared to come to his house.
Undeniably Arthur / Nicholas is an unattractive and sleazy individual. But he isn’t especially violent or dangerous. Especially when he is with his wife, another reporter, an American lawyer, etc. I suspect he wouldn’t attack the author.

He “violently kissed his victim and put his hand down her trousers”. In the middle of the day in a busy university building. She didn’t even scream. It is a petty crime, but he is not a violent rapist. Just disgusting person.
