That Ohio is a good place to be FROM. As a former Ohio resident, I can confirm. This foreign documentarian’s tangential interest in backcountry Ohio paints a truly interesting picture of the weird genetic backwaters that occur in middle America. I must admit I listened all the way through

You will be hooked
My first audible original ever. Didn’t to know what to expect but I definitely didn’t expect this. I ended up binge listening to the story. It was brilliantly produced and narrated. Great job.

Bears, and tigers, and so much more, oh my
I discovered this podcast randomly. It turns out it is very well done and a fascinating story. Not for the faint of heart, but worth the listen. Narrator does an excellent job of moving the story at an even yet intriguing pace, and has a lovely voice to boot.

Interesting Exotic Animal Investigation
Jamie Fullerton provides a compelling exploration of the life and death of an exotic animal showman. lots of unsympathetic people populate the tale, but Fullerton 's reporting is consistently interesting and humane.

JUST WOW JAMIE FULLERTON!
I've been an ohio resident all my life and never knew this story.Thank you Jamie for telling it so truthfully and from the heart. I had this image of Sam Mazullo as being this horrible monster before this story, now I feel like he was just a lonely troubled human being stuck in bad circumstances like we all have been, unfortunately he didn't get to live to see better days ahead.
