difficult but good listen

I really liked it but as someone with mental health its good to see the other side of it both for you and the family, its a very personal expirance and theirs even links and resources linked into the audio, behavior really does branch out like a spider web and trap everyone in it like struggling insects, I think that was part of this episodes point, enjoy
