Mental health is a sneaky villain.

It is so crazy how mental health and the drugs prescribed can mess up your whole life. Luckily Josh had other outlets and sports wasn’t his entire identity.

Yes, it is a good story / episode and I feel like I would pick up on some things I might have missed the first time I listened to it.
