Jaun Eliya!!! Or I must say Janab Syed Sibt-e-Ashgar Naqvi, I was surprised to look into the fact, I missed to recite his ghazals. And as soon as I realized, I rescheduled my timetable and here I am with one of my favourites.

And yes please let me know, if you want me to recite any poet, I would be honoured.

I have always read this ghazal and particularly the sher (couplet).

ahd-e-vābastagī guzār ke maiñ

vaj.h-e-vābastagī ko bhuul gayā

qahqaha mārte hī dīvāna

har ġham-e-zindagī ko bhuul gayā

us ne goyā mujhī ko yaad rakhā

maiñ bhī goyā usī ko bhuul gayā
