  • I welcome one of my oldest friends onto the show, Christopher Rabideau, a fitting first guest I must say as we've known each other for thirty years now! He's a metal vocalist, fronting a PA based, blackened death metal band called "The Breathing Process". The main topics is are self-confidence and doubt, him being the vocalist in bands and the class clown I remember from all those years ago, and why he seems to never be afraid to illicit the attention of his peers and of strangers. We reminisce a bit about our first memories of each other and our similar love for music. I share an embarrassing story from grade school. All this culminates to a fitting ending sermon of wisdom from Chris about being true to yourself.
