On the astonishing escalation of human
This was fascinating; went back immediately to listen again. Extremely fast-paced but that just mirrors the topic. All awe until the discussions around human ingenuity-what sets us apart. Spoken truly from just the human perspective. Have you ever seen schools of fish or thousands of starlings in the sky en mass moving together in split second directional changes? Or not imagined that the hooved beast does not anticipate the carnivores next action? I think humans have one thing that sets us apart: hands. We can write, pass down what we’ve learned, build things. Earths animals are extremely better equipped to survive in nature yet humans, in our constant need for more, destroys its own home. But that’s not the main topic here. It is the fascinating escalation of the seed imagining of electronic inter-connectedness. (A. T)
