(Episode 1) The best part regarding the use of DNA in identifying the Golden State Killer was that they used DNA in the conjunction with the family tree to narrow down who he likely was! They used his DNA, left on victims, and created a false account to identify relatives which allowed them to narrow it down to him. Brilliant!

I enjoyed listening to the first episode. I believe that for someone to host a podcast of this nature, there has to be some degree of a morbid sense of humor. These two ladies do display that. I plan to listen to more episodes.

these podcasters are my life! all those stories are so interesting and they just hook me in. I do not think I could live without them. they are my life and soul. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I started listening to them recently and had to go back and start from the beginning. it's been fun listening to them from when they got their first Patreon to now. they've got like 40,000 reviews on apple podcasts and they're rated 4.6. so don't listen to these 1 star reviews. the two awesome ladies try to make light humor in the face of describing these horrible tragedies which I think is an original and refreshing way to do it so props to them.

Hi, I'm Jen (she/her). Yes, you can use my name. First-time reviewer long-time listener. Well... Long as in a few months. Since your holiday break (R.I.P Bailey. I am so sorry for your loss. ), I started skipping around. I wanted to start back at episode 1, but scrolling to get there, I saw episodes I couldn't pass up. I finally made it to the Golden State killer. With all respect, you girls have come a long way. Not just with audio and whatnot, but you both dedicate each episode to the victims and share as much knowledge from all your research. I respect you both and am happy I found you. Keep it weird!
