Join us as we chat with school teacher singer/songwriter, Morgan Washam from a long line of family musicians in Southern Ohio.
Washam states his earliest beginnings in music came from his school system that encouraged him to test his solo skills by utilizing the Welsh tradition of Eisteddfod in fifth grade.
By eighth grade he became a passionate songwriter, eventually becoming part of a band called Peach Melba.
Currently the multi-instrumentalist is singer/songwriter in the group, Wildwood Franklin that together are a folk, rock collective from the Appalachian Hills of Ohio known best for their Americana genre.
