He’s holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in philosophical ethics, is a former Anglican pastor, candidate for United States congress, and non profit CEO. In 2023 while on sabbatical in Northern New Mexico, Paul witnessed firsthand the insidious effects of fentanyl and in response launched United Against Fentanyl in 2024.
