    My intention for tonight is to take things slowly and calmly and start by sharing with you a little bit about the connection between wakefulness, sleep and dreams and finishing by inviting you to settle down for a guided hypnosis session designed to help you get a restful night's sleep so that you may greet the day feeling alive and rejuvenated and ready to reach the goals and targets you set for the next day.
