  • Summary

  • Dylan didn’t realize she had become a victim of “dogfishing,” which is when someone on a dating app posts pictures of themselves with a puppy to lure more matches. She was genuinely excited to meet Zach, a feeling that doubled when he offered to bring along his dachshund as a wingman. But when Dylan arrived at the restaurant, Zach was all alone. When Dylan discovered it wasn’t even Zach’s dog, she just wanted to go. What she didn’t realize was that her life might be in danger and she would have to escape.

Good, with Tech issues

The stories are interesting, but jeez gals, you need better sound!!! The distortion actually hurts my ears. Otherwise a great listen.

An obviously missed opportunity to help out

Well the story was interesting, and I appreciated the professional and the pause for information on a certain topic, at the end of this via bagel he said if you find yourself in this type of situation feel free to ask or something like that, but basically just gave their podcast info and didn’t give any sort of information for a helpline for anyone that might be in a similar situation. A 10 second piece of information that they could’ve added at the end of the episode, and said I’m very angry that they just skipped the attempt to help people

Like, like, like... every other word.

Wanted to hear the story. Not Valley Girl accent. That accent is a disease that makes women sound dumb as a box of rocks. I was one of the original Valley Girls from Silicone Valley (not where it originated from), in the early 80's. Took me decades to get rid of it. Makes me cringe when I hear women or young girls talk in that way. Think of a newscaster, or politition that you enjoy hearing. Take for example, Michelle Noris on NPR. Do you think she would have gotten where she is if she said, "like, like, like" every other word? No way.
