  • Luna Santigo is the Barista Trainer and Coffee Educator at Publik Coffee Roasters in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has a wide depth of knowledge when it comes to coffee. Her coffee journey started out working as a barista at a young age and now she does everything from roasting, training and even competing. When asked about her hobbies outside of work, she talked about wanting to participate in even more coffee competitions.
