Episode 56 - The History and Hauntings of Franklin Castle

  • Summary

  • Tracy talks about Franklin Castle in Cleveland, Ohio. The home is legendary for it's inhabitants' sorted pasts, which may not be as salacious as the rumors suggest. Although, the spirits that have been sensed and seen there might have you thinking otherwise.

This episode's cocktail is the Franklin Royale- an absolutely beautiful, delicious drink that stars the spectacular Aria Gin from Portland, Oregon.

    FRANKLIN ROYALE

    2 oz. Aria Gin
    1/2 oz. lemon juice
    1/4 oz. creme de cassis
    1/2 oz. elderflower liquor
    1/2 oz. simple syrup
    12-15 shakes lavender bitters

Combine all ingredients in shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe. Add cocktail glitter if you're feeling especially royale! Garnish with lavender flower.
